Virtual assistant looking for my next great client!

I am a virtual assistant residing in North Carolina. I have worked as a virtual assistant since 2015, and began my own virtual assistant business in 2016. I have over 10 years of experience working as an administrative support specialist in the medical and government sector. I also have an additional 10 years of experience working in the financial industry.

I have lead teams in both sectors in areas of communication. My expertise ensured that the mass of employees was well-informed on company policies and happenings throughout the organization. I was able to communicate and organize the teams so that the departments ran efficiently.

One of my specialties is event planning. I have coordinated several events for individuals, corporate sectors, and church organizations. These have ranged from weddings, showers, and dinners, to fundraising events, corporate functions, meet and greets, award ceremonies, and more. I have a knack for staying the course and keeping the organizer on task with deadlines, venues, and payments, and registrations.

My leadership skills are second to none, and I enjoy taking a challenging project and turning it into something that a client can be proud of.

Work Terms

My hours of operation are generally speaking between 8am to 5pm Eastern standard time, however, I am somewhat flexible should a client need hours outside of that perimeter. Depending on what you would like me to do, I would accept payment starting at $16 hourly on up, or we can determine pay based on a set fee for a project. I prefer communication by email, phone, or Skype. I also would be open to a chat environment such as Google Hangouts, or Groupme.
