I have total 11 years work experience in a call center .I handled financial and telco account. In addition, I have an experience with cold-calling, lead generation, sales , telemarketing and appointment settings. I also do outbound and inbound calling and have an experience in collection and have used different kinds of dialer ( Vici Dialer,Skype, CRM, Xlite,etc…).
