If there's a will, there's growth

Hi, my name is Mae and i grew up here in Muntinlupa City, Metro Manila. Life was simple and i am the eldest. I studied Tourism Management which focuses on Travel Service and Hospitality Management. I've started working since 2018. My first job is Administrative Assistant in SFI Human Resource located in Pasig City, Philippines. After that, i decided to switch to the BPO industry which i started as a Sales Representative in Concentrix. The account is not easy especially i am newbie back then in the industry. As times goes by, i learned a lot of strategies that would help me to gain a sale. Not expecting that much that time since i'm a newbie but i gain a lot of achievements. One of them is consecutively awarded as one of the top sales agent and best in Customer Satisfaction Surveys. I've been with concentrix for almost 3 years. Pandemic hits and i decided to left the company for a better compensation so i can sustain my family's financial needs. After concentrix, i worked with Accenture which i handled the same account (Telecommunication Account) and it's a General Customer Service with some sales also. My employment there was lasted 6 months. The most recent job that i had is with Telus Internal which i also handled Telecommunicational Account and sales.
