Medicine for business.
The core benefit I want to give my clients is value. Value can be delivered in many different ways with varying levels of impact. How to maximize that impact is what I strive to do irrespective of the job. Having worked in a business consulting capacity for the past 20 years I've learned three things that are critical to success: People, Technology, and Organization. More importantly, it is the orchestration of these three that ultimately determines how effectively a company delivers its goods and services. This orchestration is the delicate balance between its chosen strategy and how it executes it through operations. Effective assessment and management of both is essential to success and that is what I have come to appreciate.
On a personal level, I am a family man first, husband and proud father of three boys. I love watching them compete in sports but academically as well. I like to keep physically fit myself by running at least 3-4 times a week. I am also the designated chef during the holidays and family gatherings. Finding the right work-life balance has been challenging but I've managed to make it work.
We're in a very dynamic environment today, more so in some industries than others, but change affects us all. As your business consultant, I can assist you on your journey. I have a rich toolkit that I have built up over the years that I wish for you to take advantage of.
