Work Terms

WORK TERMS & AVAILABILITY

• Availability:

- Monday to Friday (Primary working days)
- Optional weekend support available upon prior agreement
- Flexible schedule depending on project scope and client time zone
- Open to both part-time and long-term engagements

• Working Hours:

- Standard availability: 8–10 hours daily (flexible and adjustable)
- Response time: within a few hours during active working periods
- Time zone: WAT (West Africa Time, GMT+1)

• Communication:

- Preferred channels: Mail, WhatsApp, Slack, Zoom, or preferred client platform
- Regular updates provided on tasks and progress
- Clear communication required for task instructions and deadlines

• Payment Terms:

- Payment is required per milestone, weekly, or monthly depending on agreement
- Upfront deposit may be required for new clients or large projects
- Payments are non-refundable once work has commenced
- Accepted payment methods: Bank transfer or agreed online platforms

• Scope of Work:

- All tasks must be clearly defined before commencement
- Additional tasks outside agreed scope will require renegotiation
- Revisions are allowed within reasonable limits based on original instructions
