I have been in the BPO industry since 2009 and have a total of 11 years in a call center setup.
I've handled different types of customers, different types of inquiries, and different types of situations. Throughout my career, I have gained valuable experience and developed strong skills in customer service, problem-solving, and multitasking.
In addition to communication skills, I have also become well-versed in handling different inquiries. I have dealt with customer complaints, product inquiries, billing and payment issues, technical support requests, and other queries.
I also have three years of experience as a virtual assistant in social media management, FB ads management, and graphic skills.
