Work Terms

I'm available full-time, Monday to Friday, 8 hours a day, and can adjust my schedule to overlap with US, UK, or Australian business hours depending on the project needs.
I communicate primarily through email, Slack, or any messaging tool you prefer. I respond within a few hours during working hours and always give updates on task progress so you're never left wondering where things stand.
For project-based work, I'm happy to start with a small paid test task so you can see the quality of my work before committing to a longer engagement. I take that seriously because I want you to feel confident before we work together.
I prefer clear project briefs upfront so I can plan and deliver efficiently. The more context you give me about your business and goals, the better the systems I can build for you.
Payment terms are flexible. I'm open to hourly, part-time, or full-time arrangements depending on what works best for your business.
