Hi, I’m Christiana Makata from Nigeria. Over the past six years, I’ve worked in customer experience and digital marketing across different industries, including banking and startups. What drives me is the belief that every interaction with a customer is a chance to build trust and make a real connection.

I’ve had the chance to lead teams and create digital campaigns that help businesses grow while keeping their customers happy. I’m someone who likes to combine data with a personal touch—finding ways to make marketing and customer service both effective and genuine.

I’m always learning and staying updated with new marketing trends and tools, like Pinterest marketing and ways to improve customer support processes. Outside of work, I enjoy reading about technology and human behavior, sketching creative ideas, and experimenting with video content. These hobbies keep me inspired and bring fresh ideas to my work.

Work Terms

Hours of Operation:
I am available Monday to Friday, from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM (WAT – West Africa Time). For urgent matters or flexible scheduling, arrangements can be made through Guru’s messaging system.

Payment Terms:

Payments are accepted through Guru’s secure payment system to ensure safety and transparency.

For hourly projects, invoices are submitted weekly or upon project completion, as agreed.

For fixed-price projects, a 30% deposit upfront is preferred, with the remaining 70% due upon delivery.

Milestone-based payments can be discussed for larger or ongoing projects.

Preferred Communication Style:
I prioritize clear and timely communication through Guru’s messaging platform for efficient project management. I’m also open to video calls and other communication channels upon request, but prefer keeping initial and ongoing discussions within Guru for transparency and record-keeping.
