I have almost 6 years of experience working in customer service, being client representative, tech support and even managing the team and during this time, I have gained outstanding customer service skills. I treat customers with respect and conduct myself in a professional manner at all times. I have a very pleasant but persuasive personality with excellent communication skills. I also have the ability to apply these skills when talking on the phone, which makes me the perfect candidate for this position.
In this line of work, you talk to many consumers that are not interested in what you have to say before you connect with someone who is, so it is important to have the mentality to take rejection without becoming upset or aggravated. I have that ability and experience dealing with disgruntled customers, so I know how to stay calm and professional in this type of stressful environment.
I am computer literate with knowledge of different operating systems and word processing applications in addition to a wide list of software programs. I have excellent time-management and organizational skills with the ability to enter data into the system and to keep accurate records of all conversations that take place.
