Daemon has many years of experience in working all phases of the retail process from store level management through Planning and Allocation to IT Project and Program Management. Daemon has an extensive Merchandise Planning leadership background where he has either led or participated in Merchandise Planning system implementations for many retailers across the US. He has also led major implementations in Allocation Planning and Markdown pricing as well as participated in numerous software selection and evaluation initiatives.

Daemon is an expert in business process reengineering and the development of algorithms to address unique and complex planning, forecasting, allocation and replenishment needs. He does this through adapting and configuring existing software applications as well as designing custom solutions.
