It's all in how you are treated, I entertain ideas about the best ways to reach a goal, increase productivity, or solve a problem.

A dedicated, dependable, task-orientated and goal driven individual who takes pride in any given task utilizing all my energy, skills and educational assets. I currently hold a Bachelors of Science Degree in Hospitality Management and an Associates of Science Degree in Tourism Management.

I have worked in the capacity of a Customer Experience Associate where I was tasked with the opportunity  of booking, modifying and cancelling reservations along with assisting customers on how to navigate the airlines website and assisting the customer with any inquiries regarding the airline policies and procedures. I have also played the role as an Assistant Coordinator for the Career Advancement Programme and a Facilitator on the Center of Occupational Studies within a noble institution. Both programmes are fostered by the government of Jamaica giving students who are more skilled based to further garnish their education. I have also taken the role of an Administrative Assistant as to ensure all documentations are present for each and every student, all staff information are up to date and also to sit in at meetings.

My experience has taught me to respect life processes, pay attention to details, understand the needs of people, foster great relationships and always deliver excellence in all I do. I enjoy socializing with people of interest, love numbers and helping those in need.

As I go along my journey on a daily basis, I constantly remind myself that sometimes we're tested not to show our weaknesses but to discover our strengths. It is not whether you get knocked down, it is whether you  get back up as once one's determination is strong the thought of failure can never overtake them.
