Hours of Operation
I typically work Monday to Friday, aligned with U.S. business hours (EST). I’m also flexible when projects require quick turnarounds or weekend availability—just let me know ahead of time and I’ll do my best to accommodate your timeline.

Communication Style
I value direct, concise communication and respond promptly to all messages. I’m comfortable working through Guru chat, or shared project tools (Google Docs, Notion, etc.), depending on your preference. For ongoing or larger projects, I can also schedule brief check-in calls to ensure alignment and avoid revisions later.

Project Scope & Workflow
Before starting any project, I confirm the scope, timeline, and deliverables to ensure we’re fully aligned. If the project evolves, I communicate changes clearly to keep everything transparent and on track.

Payment Terms
For fixed-price projects, I prefer using Guru’s SafePay system to protect both sides.
For hourly work, I track time accurately and provide updates upon request.
New clients may require a deposit or milestone-based structure depending on project size.

Turnaround Times
I deliver work promptly without sacrificing quality. Smaller tasks (translation, editing, proofreading) often have a 24–48 hour turnaround. Larger or more complex projects will be scheduled with clear deadlines.

Revisions
Most projects include one round of revisions to ensure the final result meets your expectations. Additional revisions can be added if needed.
