As someone who has part owned a business for 10 years, I completely understand the frustrations of working with internet marketing agencies (I used to hate the 10+ calls I would get every day from people claiming they could boost my position in the search engine). Fail to understand people and you end up spending thousands of pounds on utter waste. This is why before carrying out any marketing campaign, I take a short amount of time initially to understand both product and the understand.
