Hours of Operation:
Monday – Friday: 9:00 AM – 9:00 PM EST
Saturday: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM EST
Sunday: Closed (but I check messages occasionally)

Response Time:
I typically respond within 1-2 hours during operating hours.

Payment Terms:
Full payment required before starting work (Guru handles all payments securely through SafePay). For large projects over $500, milestone payments can be arranged.

Communication:

Guru chat is best for quick questions

Video calls available for complex projects (scheduled in advance)

Guru platform for all file sharing

Revisions:
Included in every contract as specified. Additional revisions available as paid extras.
