With over ten years of industry experience, I have successfully managed and led vectorial teams across multiple sectors such as Planning and Coordination, Pre and Post Sales ops, Client acquisition, and Strategy. I believe in working pragmatically, and I am driven by the desire to troubleshoot any problem that comes my way and to see projects through to their fruition.
My greatest passion in life is using my technical know-how to benefit other people and organisations. My motto is to hand-hold my clients both technically and managerially, at every stage, from the inception of a project's idea to its successful adoption by the users. I am a team player and also motivate my team to be the protagonists and early adopters of innovation for the betterment of industry. In my previous role as a Senior Territory Head at Apar Technologies, I was responsible for achieving sales targets for existing customers and targets for new customer’s acquisition. I identified new customer accounts and developed them, managed customer accounts and strategic milestones in customer relationships. I contributed to delivery solution, design and development, and assessed operational issues with regards to competitiveness, staying current in terms of current trends and innovations. I also managed dotted line relationships with on-shore and off-shore customer support teams.
As a Manager of Business Operations at Dell International, I researched and identified solutions to software and hardware issues.
