3. Availability & Response Time: I maintain an active and responsive working schedule (Mon-Fri, Business Hours - GMT-3). Messages and project updates are typically answered within a few hours during business days.

4. Hourly & Fixed-Price Engagements:
• For Fixed-Price Projects: Milestones must be funded in Escrow prior to the start of work on each phase.
• For Hourly Projects: Hours are tracked and billed accurately according to the agreed-upon tasks and targets.

5. Quality Assurance: I am committed to delivering high-precision, audit-ready work. Each deliverable includes a dedicated review period for feedback and necessary refinements within the agreed scope.

6. Payments: All payments must be processed exclusively via Guru's payment system.
