Work Terms
Availability: As I am also a full-time Program Manager, I am available for part-time (less than 30 hours/week) contract work. My primary working hours are evenings (after 5:00 PM EST) and weekends.
Payment Terms: For hourly projects, I bill weekly. For fixed-price projects, I require a clearly-defined scope and payment milestones.
Preferred Communication: To ensure clarity and maintain a clear project record, I prefer to manage all communications via platform messages or scheduled video calls.
