19 Years experienced Bookkeeping Specialist
I am a Certified Accountant from India and a fulltime freelancer. I started my working life at Price Waterhouse where I developed accounting and auditing skills. Then I worked for 10 years at various companies. After that I turned to freelancing fulltime. I am a Xero Certified Advisor, certificate available in my portfolio. I have been book keeping for the past 19 years, and my skill sets can be categorized as follows- Australian book keeping, GST and BAS. I use Xero, MYOB, Saasu for my clients, have complete knowledge of GST and BAS. I do not file BAS however. Real Estate Book keeping:- I have many real estate clients in USA and Canada. I am very skilled in use of Propertyware, Rent Manager, Appfolio and have some experience in Buildium and Yardi. I have complete knowledge of property setup, tenants setup, creation of Owner reports, Trust reports, Reconciliation US, UK and Canada book keeping:- I regularly use Less Accounting, Freshbooks, Clearbooks, Kashoo, Mint.com, Wave, Quickbooks Online, Quickbooks Desktop versions (Pro, Premier, Enterprise), Odoo (erstwhile Openerp), Netsuite, Sageone, Brightpearl among others. While using these software, I also need to use other platforms, Bill.com, Expensify, Receipt Bank, Lockbox. The Project Management Software/ CRM I use regularly include Highrise, Zoho, Salesforce, Basecamp, Asana My personal traits- Honesty and Sincerity. If I don't know something, I will tell you I don't know at the moment and will learn and get back to you. Able to follow instructions perfectly.
