Creative content designer and artist
My poetry, creative writing, art and design ability budded from an early age. From the moment I could hold a pencil in my hand I was doodling and scribbling on everything I could get my hands on, and I had more notepads and art pads than an art and hobby shop in my bedroom!
My interest in the areas of creation and design is not because of my natural talents but because of my passion. When I work on writing, poetry or art projects I get lost in space and time and it becomes like meditation!
I believe that every new project is like a seed which is waiting to be nurtured and loved by the right conditions before it can bloom and blossom into its full potential, and it is finding the right person for the project is the hardest part.
From my earlier years working as a care assistant to people with disabilities I learned very quickly to understand the needs of others through limited means of communication. To effectively and intuitively make educated guesses and implement solutions to solve problems.
Later in life I continued a varied career as an Interior Design consultant, as a Sales Manager, Advertising & Marketing manager, and and Office Manager, which I feel I has gained me a well rounded experience, This has helped me to communicate more clearly and effectively with a wide range of people from various backgrounds. To find solutions to problems, and help to make the creative process a little less difficult for those who find creativity a chore.
When creating it is important to have some level of patience both from the Designer and the Client. The creative process can sometimes, depending on the clients own level of creativity, take some attempts to achieve the desired outcome. Matching what was in the Clients head to what is on the Designers page is in itself a process.
