Work Terms

Availability:
I am available 40+ hours per week and can accommodate clients across different time zones. I typically respond to messages within a few hours during working days.

Communication:
I believe clear communication is the foundation of every successful project. I provide regular updates throughout the project and am always reachable via Guru messaging. I prefer to have a brief discussion before starting any project to fully understand your requirements and expectations.

Project Kickoff:
Every project starts with a clear scope discussion. I don't begin work until both parties are aligned on deliverables, timeline, and payment terms — no surprises on either side.

Revisions:
I offer reasonable revisions to ensure the final delivery matches your expectations. Major scope changes beyond the original agreement may require timeline or budget adjustments.

Payment:

I work with Guru's SafePay milestone system for security on both sides
For larger projects I prefer milestone-based payments tied to deliverables
For smaller tasks full payment upfront or 50/50 split is acceptable

Deadlines:
I take deadlines seriously. If any unexpected delay arises I will notify you immediately with a revised timeline — never radio silence.

Confidentiality:
All client information, business data, and project details are kept strictly confidential. I am happy to sign an NDA if required.
