I am working with a private bank since 2010 in the MIS department. Here I have to give entry minimum 4000 data, related to credit proposal. In the mean time, with the help of the data I have to produce different report for different stack holder. Which help the organization to make decision regarding the investment and future prospect as well help them to make the future plan to attain the goal of the organization.

In each month I have to generate about 30 report by analysis the data for different stack holder.

I have completed my MBA in Human Resources Management which help me to understand the nature of employee and the recruitment process and the employee demand. Here I have learned how to judge the employee and find out the best possible way of maximum output from the employee.
