Throughout my career, I have consistently provided exceptional customer experiences by resolving complex issues, educating customers on products and services, and identifying opportunities to offer solutions that meet their needs. My background includes technical troubleshooting, device support, billing assistance, account management, and upselling value-added products and services.

Most recently, I worked as a Tech Coach with Asurion, where I assisted customers with technical concerns across various devices and services. This role strengthened my problem-solving abilities, communication skills, and commitment to delivering customer satisfaction. My experience with Verizon and T-Mobile further enhanced my ability to work in fast-paced environments while maintaining high performance standards and achieving sales and customer service goals.
