I completed a three-month call center training under Ecomm Virtual Assistance Services through the PESO program, which strengthened my communication, customer service, and administrative skills. I also have hands-on experience managing sales records, commissions, payroll, and employee hours for a confidential company, where accuracy and time management were essential.
Outside of work, I enjoy learning new software tools, exploring AI technologies, and helping friends and family troubleshoot technical issues. I value integrity, continuous learning, and a positive work ethic. I’m excited to grow professionally and contribute meaningfully to a dynamic team.
