About

Full-Stack .NET Developer | ASP.NET Core, EF Core, PostgreSQL | Building web apps with real database architecture + optional AI integration

I'm a full-stack developer specializing in ASP.NET Core web applications with real database architecture — not template-based sites, but properly structured systems built to scale.
My core stack: C#, ASP.NET Core, Entity Framework Core, PostgreSQL/SQL Server, and RESTful API design. I focus heavily on backend architecture — service layers, authentication, role-based access, and clean data models — because that's what determines whether an app can grow past its first version without falling apart.
I've built two flagship projects that reflect this: StudyBuddy, a social learning platform with study groups, blogs, notes sharing, a gamification system (XP, streaks, badges), and an integrated AI assistant using Groq and Gemini APIs. And EcoRestore, a land restoration planning tool that pulls real satellite vegetation data (NASA/ORNL MODIS NDVI) and soil chemistry data (SoilGrids API) to generate automated urgency scores and recommendations.
I offer three service tiers:

Frontend-only websites (landing pages, small business sites)
Full web applications with database integration (auth, CRUD, admin dashboards)
AI-integrated web apps (chatbots, recommendation systems, RAG-based features) — available as an add-on to any project

What I bring that a lot of freelancers at similar price points don't: real architectural thinking, not just "make the button work" code. I also provide clear milestone communication and a demo video before final delivery, so you know exactly what you're getting before you approve payment.
Currently completing a Software Engineering degree, with a long-term goal of moving into AI engineering — which means I bring genuine curiosity and up-to-date knowledge of practical AI integration patterns to every project, not just boilerplate API calls.

Work Terms

Payment terms: For fixed-price projects, I require 30-50% upfront before work begins, with the remainder due on delivery. Larger projects are split into milestones (e.g., start / midpoint demo / final delivery) so you're never paying for work you haven't seen progress on.
Revisions: Each project tier includes a set number of revision rounds (specified in the project scope before we begin). Additional revisions beyond that are billed separately at my hourly rate.
Communication: I provide regular progress updates throughout the project — you won't be left wondering what's happening. I respond to messages within 24 hours on business days.
Delivery: Before final handover, I provide a demo video showing the completed work in action. Final source files and deployment access are transferred once final payment is received.
Scope: I scope every project clearly before starting — what's included, what counts as an extra, and estimated timeline. If requirements change significantly mid-project, I'll flag it and we'll agree on an adjusted price before I continue.
AI integration add-ons: If you want AI features added to your project (chatbot, recommendations, content generation, etc.), let me know what you want the AI to actually do — pricing depends on complexity, from a simple single-feature integration to a full RAG-based system.
