Work Terms by Diane Vallecillo
All job hours and requirement will be agreed upon before work will begin.
Once work begins, If additional work hours are needed or requested, all work will be on hold until hours are settled upon and all charges will be paid at the end of the job.
Diane Vallecillo charges a minimum of 1 hour for the 1st hour for all assignments; Clients are then charged in fifteen minute increments thereafter.
Unused hours cannot be carried over to subsequent jobs or money returned
Diane Vallecillo will not be responsible for any additional items such as postage and package fax and travel expenses, and any telephone charges incurred, etc., will be itemized on invoices. Postal charges for any mailshot projects/bulk mailings will be paid for in advance.
If clients request a 24 hour turnaround without prior agreement, an additional ‘emergency’ charges may apply
Diane Vallecillo will not issued a receipts unless specifically requested.
Diane Vallecillo will exercise my statutory right to interest and compensation for debt recovery costs under the late payment legislation if I are not paid according to agreed credit terms.
Diane Vallecillo reserves the right to withhold completed work until outstanding invoices have been paid. In the event of a contract being terminated the Client will be required to pay for all work completed to the point that the contract was cancelled
