Work Terms

Hours of Operation:
I am available 9:00 PM – 6:00 AM PHT, Monday to Friday, with flexibility to adjust depending on project requirements. Weekend availability can be arranged if needed.

Payment Terms:
Payments can be made on an hourly or fixed-rate basis, depending on the scope of work. I prefer milestone-based payments for larger projects to ensure transparency and progress tracking.

Communication Style:
I value clear, timely, and professional communication. I am comfortable using email, Slack, WhatsApp, or project management tools like Monday.com. Regular updates and check-ins are important to me to ensure smooth collaboration.

Turnaround & Commitment:
I am committed to delivering high-quality work on time. I approach each task with attention to detail, accountability, and a solutions-oriented mindset.
