I have a lot of experience with telemarketing, sales with USA citizens,I can do data entry, email&chat support or marketing, did a lot of translation work before.

Am good at data entry, marketing via email, also I do have 2 years of experience in telemarketing in the call centre field for medical insurance (Medicare patient) and at customer service support and sales for 4 years with SiriusXM satellite radio
And a 1-year of experience in the real state marketing field so am well familiar with that.
So mainly I do have experience working with USA citizens for around 7 years.
Also being familiar with cold and warm transfers.
Also, I worked for 3 years as an administrative assistant at Raya company so am familiar with all the administrative functions.
