About

I am a customer service representative with five years of experience working with US clients. I handled technical support roles, billing and invoice, customer data management, sales, and back office support. I am also a mom of three and has proven myself effective with time management for having work-life balance. I also love reading on my leisure time. Being a reader and a mom helped me to understand and connect to my customers more, thus giving me advantage on building relationships with them.
