I am a dedicated Administrative and Secretarial Support Professional with a strong background in customer service, travel coordination, and AI content evaluation. My career has been built on organization, attention to detail, and a genuine passion for helping businesses run smoothly and efficiently.

I started my professional journey in customer service, where I developed strong communication, problem-solving, and multitasking skills. Working with international clients at UPS UK through Transcom Worldwide, I handled shipment tracking, delivery concerns, and logistics inquiries. This experience taught me the importance of efficiency, professionalism, and accuracy in every task.

I later joined Maxicare under Teleperformance, where I assisted healthcare members with coverage inquiries, appointment coordination, and benefit explanations. This role strengthened my patience, empathy, and ability to handle sensitive information with care and confidentiality.

My experience expanded further at ePerformax as a Customer Support Representative for PayPal. In this fast-paced environment, I handled high volumes of calls, emails, and chats, resolving payment issues and account concerns. This role enhanced my ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining excellent customer service.

I also worked as an Ignite Travel Specialist at Inspiro Relia, assisting customers in planning and booking travel packages, including flights, accommodations, and tours. This role strengthened my administrative, organizational, and time-management skills while ensuring a seamless customer experience.

Most recently, I worked as an AI Trainer and Content Evaluator at Scale Lab, where I evaluated AI-generated responses, performed data annotation, and provided structured feedback. This experience sharpened my analytical thinking, accuracy, and ability to work independently in remote environments.
