Currently, I'm working on the biggest retail chain of DIY stores in the Baltic States as Business Development Manager, and I'm responsible for the floor (laminate, parquet, vinyl) assortment.
In the past, I have worked as Real Estate Agent, Sales Manager (for furniture manufacturer) and assistant (in software training selling).
So I have a very wide experience in businesses overall, and I know what functions should be held there to be most successful. But my main strength is e-commerce. I had 3 stores on Shopify, which was dropshipping based business model, unfortunately - I had to close all of them down, simply because I did a lot of mistakes and didn't have motivation to continue, but now - I'm back on track! I want to help others to succeed in e-commerce right from start, so they shouldn't go through trial and error as I did.
