Turning Ideas into Real Products | Mechanical, Electrical, CAD & Prototyping
Hello! I’m Ediz, a Mechatronics Engineer specializing in product development across mechanical design, electronics, embedded systems, and manufacturing.
I help clients turn ideas into practical products—from an initial concept or sketch through engineering, 3D CAD, electronics integration, prototyping, testing, and manufacturing.
My background combines both mechanical and electrical engineering, which allows me to look at a product as a complete system rather than treating the enclosure, mechanisms, PCB, sensors, motors, and controls as separate parts.
On the mechanical side, I work with 3D CAD modeling, product and enclosure design, mechanisms, assemblies, technical drawings, tolerance analysis, DFM/DFA, CNC, sheet metal, injection molding, and 3D printing.
On the electrical side, I work with PCB and embedded system development, microcontrollers, sensors, actuators, motors, power electronics, IoT hardware, and electromechanical integration.
I’m also experienced with CAD/CAE and engineering analysis using SolidWorks, AutoCAD, Autodesk Inventor, Fusion 360, FreeCAD, ANSYS, Adams, and MATLAB/Simulink.
My typical projects include:
• Consumer and IoT products
• Smart electronic devices and enclosures
• Mechanical products and mechanisms
• Industrial and automation equipment
• Sensor and actuator systems
• Motor-driven electromechanical systems
• PCB-to-enclosure integration
• Prototype and manufacturing development
• 3D product modeling and rendering
• Existing-product redesign and optimization
I always design with the real product in mind—how it will be manufactured, assembled, tested, maintained, and used.
Whether you already have detailed requirements or just an early-stage idea, I can help develop it into a professional, functional, and manufacturing-ready product.
Work Terms
I’m available for both short-term engineering tasks and complete product-development projects.
I prefer to begin with a clear discussion of your requirements, existing files, expected deliverables, schedule, and manufacturing goals. For larger projects, I can divide the work into practical milestones such as concept development, CAD/electrical design, engineering review, prototype preparation, and final manufacturing documentation.
I provide regular progress updates and communicate clearly throughout the project. I’m comfortable working with clients, engineering teams, manufacturers, and prototype suppliers across different time zones.
I can work from sketches, reference products, existing CAD files, PCB files, drawings, specifications, or early-stage concepts.
Typical deliverables may include 3D CAD models, STEP/STL files, technical drawings, DXF/DWG files, PCB design files, BOMs, engineering calculations, renders, prototype documentation, and manufacturing-ready design packages.
For confidential products, I’m comfortable working under an NDA.
My priority is straightforward: clear communication, practical engineering, accurate deliverables, and a design that works in the real world.
