Elena Hernandez is a name that many people think of Grecian heritage, as some would pronounce the first name as ‘Helen’. She started working at a very young age, with a mindset that it will help her with her future endeavor. She first started providing customer service to a local cable provider when she was 14 years old and a part-time phone operator at neighbor’s family business. She learned how to deal with different people local and abroad because of this.

Elena landed her first job at a local airline company. She became part of the auto system and technical support team where she learned more about different personalities of people she talks to on a daily basis. Her previous work experiences led her to be more detailed whenever she provides flight details which include confirmation of flight and flight changes. Be it rebooking or cancellation due to customers' request or unforeseen events. She demonstrated a very professional attitude towards her colleagues and clients.

Because she has high regard for her work, she was sent from one destination to another to learn more and share her work ethic.
Later on, she joined the BPO industry and became one of the mentors that handles the transition of agents from the training ground to the production floor. Here, she demonstrated the methodical ways how to properly address different types of customers' concern. She likes being precise with every task that needed to be submitted and completed on time to avoid any delays and inconvenience. She then became part of a team dedicated to assisting agents who need more guidance in creating a positive and lasting impact on customers without breaking the rules.

In 2012, she became part of the Oil and Gas Industry, where she continued providing her great customer service skills. She ventured with all data entries and analysis types of work which tested her skills in every aspect. She learned to create tools that are efficient and created an organized process to ensure
