Time is money – Maximize both with virtual admin services!

An executive admin for 20 years, I parlayed my expertise and knowledge into a thriving virtual business in 2010. I got into this business because I saw a need that wasn't being fulfilled. I would hear horror stories of executives and large organizations paying for Executives Admins to sit in an office for 40-60 hours a week paying them overtime and work still wasn't getting completed efficiently....much less accurately.

Work Terms

Work hours depend on where the client works. If I am on a different domestic or international time zone then my work hours will be when YOU, the client, needs them to be - this is standard operating procedure for all clients I take on.

Payment is always in advance of each month and is due no later than the first of each month. Work will not commence until payment is received and the client will be unable to recoup any hours lost for that month. (Example: If payment is not received until the 15th of the month and client has paid for 40 hours that month (10 hours per week) they have already lost 20 hours of time.)

To ensure the best rate for the client, packages descriptions are available for viewing at my website. Once monthly support needs have been determined, a contract will be drawn up with a minimum 90 day commitment and must be fully executed by all parties prior to the commencement of work.
