Work Terms

Eljay Productions Ltd operates with professionalism and clarity to ensure successful project delivery. Key terms include:

Project Start: Work begins upon signing a contract and agreeing on the project scope and timeline.

Timelines: Delivery schedules are agreed in advance and include milestone reviews.

Revisions: Two rounds of revisions are included; additional changes may incur extra charges.

Payment: Standard payment is a % on draft submission and final delivery.

Confidentiality: All client information is kept confidential; NDAs can be signed if required.

Ownership: Full rights to deliverables transfer to the client upon full payment; Eljay may showcase work for promotion unless agreed otherwise.

Travel: Client covers or reimburses necessary travel and accommodation costs.

Client Role: Clients must provide timely access to resources and feedback to avoid delays.

Cancellation: If cancelled, Eljay is compensated for completed work and incurred costs.
