Hi, I’m Elliezer — or just Ellis, if that’s easier.

I spent over 12 years at JPMorgan Chase, mostly doing fraud analysis and chargeback disputes. For more than 5 of those years, I focused specifically on chargebacks and representments—digging through evidence, building solid cases, and helping recover losses for the business. It’s detailed work, sometimes messy, but I enjoy it. There’s something satisfying about catching what others miss and turning a weak case into a strong one.

I’ve worked on high-volume queues, handled complex disputes, and seen all sorts of fraud tactics—so I know what to watch out for. I also have a strong BPO background, which means I’m used to fast-paced environments, tight deadlines, and working closely with both customers and internal teams. Whether it’s writing a rebuttal or fixing a broken process, I get things done.

What sets me apart is that I understand both sides of the dispute process. I’ve seen how cardholders think, and I know what businesses need to win cases. That helps me find the right angle and build arguments that actually stick—not just follow templates.

Outside of work, I like things a little faster and louder. I ride motorcycles and spend time at the shooting range. Both help me clear my head and stay sharp. Plus, they keep me focused—just like the job. And yeah, they’re probably cheaper than therapy.

Work Terms

Hours of Operation
I don’t keep a strict schedule—I’m flexible and open to working across different time zones, including extended hours or overtime when needed. Just one ask: I try to keep weekends free when possible, unless something urgent comes up. I believe in work-life balance, but I also believe in showing up when it counts.

Payment Terms
