I’m Elyshia Toner — a dynamic professional with over 15 years of experience across leadership, business management, branding, styling, and strategic operations. My mission? To help people and businesses cut through the noise, get organised, and grow with intention.
I’ve worked across diverse industries — from managing multi-million-dollar budgets and seasonal teams in the Japanese Alps, to leading brand activations in retail and fashion across Australia. I’ve built businesses from the ground up, weathered crises (including COVID-era border closures), and helped companies scale without losing their identity.
My approach is grounded in strategy but never short on creativity. I bring order to chaos and ideas to life — whether that’s through virtual assistance, content organisation, styling advice, or refining workflows. I’m equally at home creating a Trello board or reimagining a child’s bedroom for maximum functionality and flair.
I’m currently completing my MBA in Leadership, a journey that reflects my deep belief in continuous learning, adaptability, and practical impact. I work well under pressure, think laterally, and bring energy and clarity to every project I take on.

Work Terms
Hours of Operation
I operate Monday to Friday, 9:00am – 3:00pm AEST, with flexibility outside these hours as needed. I accommodate different time zones for global clients and can provide weekend coverage with prior arrangement.
Payment Terms
Hourly rate: AUD $45–$75 depending on task complexity
Retainer packages and fixed-price projects available
Invoices issued weekly unless otherwise agreed
Payment expected within 7 days of invoice
For ongoing clients, a deposit or initial milestone may be requested
Communication Style
Clear, prompt, and transparent. I respond to most messages within 24 hours or less. I prefer communication via:
E-mail
Trello (for task/project management)
Zoom/Google Meet (for video calls or onboarding)
WhatsApp or iMessage (if quicker check-ins are needed)
All deliverables are documented and shared via Google Drive unless another system is agreed upon.
