I'm Abdullah Nazir, a structural engineer and BIM specialist working with clients across New Zealand, Australia, the US, and the UK.
Over the last several years I've delivered 1,800+ building consent packages including both BIM and Structural Detailing from Industrial and Farm Sheds to residential and ADUs, to light-gauge steel framing, timber and commercial structures. If it needs to stand up, get approved, and get built, that's my work.

Work Terms
WORK TERMS
Our standard hours of operation are Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM (GMT+5, Pakistan Standard Time). We remain flexible to accommodate international clients across different time zones and can schedule meetings outside of these hours upon prior agreement.
PAYMENT TERMS
Invoices are issued upon project milestones or every month, depending on the project type and scope. Standard payment terms are 20% advance at project initiation, with the balance payable upon delivery or agreed milestones. Payments can be made via bank transfer, PayPal, or other mutually agreed secure methods. Any payment delays may result in pausing ongoing work until settlement.
REVISIONS AND SUPPORT
Minor revisions within the agreed scope are included at no additional cost. Major scope changes or additional requests will be discussed and quoted separately. Post-delivery technical support is provided for an agreed period to ensure client satisfaction.
CONFIDENTIALITY
All client information, designs, and project data are treated as strictly confidential. Non-disclosure agreements (NDAs) can be signed upon request to formalize data protection.
