By hiring my services, you agree to the following terms:
1. Project Scope
All project requirements must be clearly defined before starting. Any additional features or changes may require extra time and cost adjustments.
2. Communication
Effective and timely communication is essential for successful delivery. I will keep you updated throughout the development process and expect prompt responses for approvals or feedback.
3. Delivery Time
Delivery timelines will be agreed upon before starting the project. Delays in client feedback or requirement changes may affect the delivery schedule.
4. Revisions
Revisions are included based on the selected package. Any additional revisions beyond the agreed limit may incur extra charges.
5. Payments
Work begins after order confirmation. For large projects, milestone-based payments may be required. All payments must be completed through the platform.
6. Project Ownership
After full payment, all source code and project files will be delivered to the client. I retain the right to showcase the work in my portfolio unless otherwise agreed.
7. No Illegal Content
I do not develop or support any projects involving illegal, unethical, or policy-violating content.
8. Support
Basic post-delivery support may be provided for bug fixes within a limited time frame (as agreed per project).
