About

I am a Computer Vision Engineer and have worked with state of art technologies. My passion for Computer Vision has kept increasing and I would love to contribute to the world with my skills.

I am interested in working as a research developer to apply machine learning, in particular, deep learning-based approaches in 2D/3D biological/medical image analysis, image segmentation and object tracking applications. I am a Ph.D. candidate in Biomedical engineering at Helwan University, Egypt. I have strong interest to further my Ph.D. study in the following aspects: computer vision and deep learning applications in biomedical imagining. In 2018, I received the MSC degree in computer vision from Biomedical Engineering Dept., Faculty of Engineering, Helwan University, Egypt. With thesis title: Smart computer aided Diagnosis (CAD) system for automatic detection and segmentation of brain tumors using Magnetic resonance Images. My master dissertation dealt with developing a fully automated and reliable brain tumor segmentation system. This system is able to detect range of slices from a volume that likely to contain tumor in Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI). An iterated K-means algorithm is used for the segmentation process in conjunction with a cluster validity index to select the optimal number of clusters. Finally, an approach that fuses the decision of classification from multi-slices for each patient has been proposed in order to enhance the accuracy of classification of brain tumor on a single slice. During my MSC, I have published two papers. From 2017 till 2019, I was working as research and developer (R&D) engineer in Biobussiness company, Cairo, Egypt. My duties included study and develop digital signal processing (DSP) algorithms, implement real time solutions, test current software according to IEC and AAMI standards.Previously, I was working as back office service engineer, in Delta Medical scientific office, Cairo, Egypt. My duties included calibration and testing medical devices (sterilizers, surgical Instruments and Endoscopes). my hobbies are : reading novels and soft skills books ,drawing , panting and running

Work Terms

I can work at most 20 hours per week.
My hourly rate is $5~$10
I can work part-time and I can work in the weekend if client want.
