I started video editing at high school for a final exam with a group of class mates, we really try hard on making that video and it ended up to be horrible, but everyone told us that it was a good video and I felt like they were feeling pity for me, because I was the only editor. After that I decided on learning for real the arts of video editing and video shooting not to go through again that horrible feeling of putting so much effort on a project that still ended up looking like a joke.
I went to Australia to become a great film maker and video editor and I had a lot of opportunities and job experiences there, its an exhausting job that have so much responsibility involved with it. I have this friend back there that filmed and edited a whole wedding, but forgot to back-up his footage and his computer exploded! (more like a small spark really...) and he lost all the footage for good! So that couple lost all the video memories from their wedding, that was such a bad experience for my friend that he completely abandoned video editing and moved to photography. After seeing that happening to him I always keep extra copies of every project I make and take all the safety means necessary and some extra ones also to make sure my clients always get the best job I can offer, not mentioning that I take extreme care of my workstations (PC and Mac). Now I start a new journey of freelancing to expand my experiences on the video editing world and make some extra cash on the way. My main goal is to gain experience not money (even though it always comes in handy to get some cash), that's why I´m wiling to innovate and be the best I can be always, even if the money offer is not the best, I´ll still do a great job! Believe it!
