I am a Latin America citizen with expertise in organizing and leading effective teams in NGOs for developing strategic plans and carrying out the whole project cycle (I have a Project Management for Development Professionals PMD Pro certificate), fundraising, resource mobilization, partnerships/ alliances and advocating for human and children’s rights, involving Governments, Foundations, Corporations and Individuals.

To achieve this, I was responsible to write proposals of any kind of social related subjects such as education, health, environment, economic development, human rights, chid held care, both in Spanish and English.

I also wrote strategic, operative and development plans for organizations and initiatives.

Work Terms

I have availability of around four to eight hours a day, eventually even during weekends when necessary.

I generally ask for a first payment of 10% after reaching an agreement for a work, and periodic payments corresponding to the defined milestones and the delivery of parts of the work.

I prefer daily communications at the beginning of a work and then in a weekly basis until the finish of the contract, but all depends on the nature of the activities.
