• Preventing Business Losses: I have deep experience addressing database race conditions—specifically the "overselling" problem in e-commerce or booking apps. I implement strict database row-locking (SELECT FOR UPDATE) and pessimistic concurrency controls to guarantee zero duplicate orders or booking mishaps.
• Complex Financial Logistics: Expert in setting up marketplace payment infrastructure using Stripe Connect. I build automated multi-tenant seller onboarding lines (accountlinks.create), dynamic platform fee structures, destination payment routing, and instant automated refund/cancellation systems.
• Location-Aware Applications: Proficient with PostgreSQL and PostGIS to construct high-performance geospatial search engines. I can design interactive map architectures (like MapLibre GL) that efficiently calculate user or property coordinates within a specified radius.
• Infrastructure Security: Experienced in routing media securely via custom Express middleware (Multer) directly into AWS S3 environments using strict, role-based IAM configurations.

Work Terms

• Payment Terms: I highly prefer fixed-price, milestone-based contracts. We break your project down into clear, testable deliverables (e.g., Milestone 1: Database & Auth Setup, Milestone 2: Payment Integration, etc.). You only release funding through Guru Escrow once you verify each completed milestone.

• Communication Style: Clear, transparent, and direct. I provide weekly progress updates via written summaries or concise screen-recording walk-throughs so you can see your live application working. Available for text updates and scheduled calls.
