I spent so many years of my professional life helping my clients and company owners establish their business by improving operational management systems and processes. I do believe as a Leader I should lead by example by doing the groundwork and by implementing best practices at work. I do keep this desire for growth, challenge, or simply the fulfillment I get on new responsibilities or from building up and helping others. Had experience as a Project Manager for one of the biggest dental chains in the US. We used Dentrix in checking and updating the patient's dental info. We called different Dental insurance companies to check and verify eligibility. I did manage both the Dental Appointment and E&V Teams. We used Zendesk and Salesforce to provide excellent customer service experience via phone/email/chat.

Got promoted after a month from being a Team Lead to be the Operations Manager all because of integrity, impeccable attendance, commitment, hard work, consistency, teamwork and collaboration, excellent problem solving skills and leading by example.
