Work Terms

COMMUNICATION:
I'm available via Guru messaging, email, or video call (Zoom/Google Meet). I respond to messages within 1 hour during business hours (GMT+7, Jakarta time) and provide daily or bi-daily project updates.

WORKING HOURS:
Available Monday-Friday, 9 AM - 6 PM GMT+7 (Jakarta)
Flexible for urgent requests or different time zones

PROJECT PROCESS:
1. Initial consultation to understand requirements
2. Provide timeline and detailed project breakdown
3. Regular updates with work-in-progress previews
4. Incorporate your feedback iteratively
5. Final delivery with documentation and deployment support
6. Post-delivery support included

PAYMENT TERMS:
For projects under $500: Full payment upon completion
For projects $500-$1500: 50% upfront, 50% upon completion
For projects over $1500: 30% upfront, 40% at midpoint, 30% upon completion

All payments through Guru SafePay for mutual protection.

REVISIONS:
I include 2 rounds of revisions in the project scope. Additional revisions can be accommodated at an hourly rate of $25/hour.
