Work Terms

AVAILABILITY:
I am available full-time (40 hours per week) and comfortable working US Eastern Standard Time (EST) hours for seamless real-time collaboration with US-based clients and teams.
HOURLY RATE:
My rate varies based on project complexity and requirements:
→ Full-Stack Development (React + Node.js/Django): $15–$25/hour
→ AI Integration & LLM Features (Gemini AI, RAG Systems): $20–$30/hour
→ Backend API Development (Python/Node.js): $15–$20/hour
→ Fixed-price projects available for well-defined scopes
COMMUNICATION:
I believe proactive communication is the foundation of successful remote work. I provide regular progress updates, am responsive during agreed working hours, and flag blockers early rather than going silent. I am comfortable with Slack, Discord, email, and video calls on Google Meet or Zoom.
