Work Terms
Hours: I'm available Monday–Saturday, typically 9 AM–10 PM (PKT / UTC+5). I respond to all messages within a few hours — no long silences, no ghosting.
How We Work Together:
All projects are structured in clear milestones with defined deliverables. You only pay for a milestone when it's complete and you're satisfied. No surprise bills, no scope creep without discussion.
What to Expect:
Project kickoff with a detailed roadmap document
Regular progress updates (every 2–3 days minimum)
Staging/demo link before final delivery so you can review everything
Clean, commented code pushed to a private GitHub repo
Post-delivery support included — I don't just hand over and disappear
Payment Terms:
Milestone-based payments via Guru SafePay. I do not ask for full payment upfront. First milestone payment is requested at project start; subsequent milestones are invoiced upon completion and approval.
Communication:
I prefer structured communication — clear briefs, shared docs, and regular check-ins. I'm available via Guru messages, and for active projects I'm happy to jump on a video call (Zoom or Google Meet) to align on details.
