WORK TERMS & CONDITIONS
1. PAYMENT & MILESTONES
Upfront Deposit: A mandatory 40% advance payment must be funded and released via Guru Safepay before any work (MS Word, Excel, or InPage Urdu) begins.
Final Payment: The remaining 60% balance must be funded in escrow and will be released immediately upon project completion. No editable source files will be delivered before final payment clearance.
2. REVISIONS & QUALITY
Complimentary Revisions: The Client is entitled to exactly two (2) free rounds of revisions based on the original project brief.
Additional Work: Any extra changes or modifications beyond these two rounds will be charged separately as out-of-scope tasks.
3. CLIENT RESPONSIBILITIES & DEADLINES
Data Input: The Client must provide all necessary raw data, instructions, and files at the start of the project.
Timeline Extension: If there is a delay in providing data or feedback, a grace period of 48 hours will automatically be added to the delivery deadline.
4. COMMUNICATION SCHEDULE
Availability: Due to weekdays schedule, official project updates, deep-dive discussions, and audio/video calls will be strictly conducted on Saturday and Sunday.
5. CANCELLATION & REFUNDS
Project Termination: If the Client cancels the project after work has started, a mandatory 50% cancellation fee of the total project value will apply to compensate for the labor hours spent.
6. FINAL DELIVERABLES
File Format: To preserve precise cell matrices, document formatting, and Urdu fonts, all final files will be delivered exclusively in PDF format.
