Work Terms

Hey there,

I want to make working together smooth and clear. Here are my work terms to set expectations for our collaboration.

Hours of Operation: I’m based in EAT (East Africa Time). I’m available Monday to Saturday, 6:00 PM to 12:00 AM, and Sunday, 6:00 AM to 9:00 AM. As a medical doctor, I balance my schedule, but I’m flexible for urgent projects—just let me know in advance. I respond to messages within 24 hours.

Payment Terms: I charge per project, based on word count for translations/transcriptions or hours for web research/data entry. Payments are processed securely via Guru Safe Pay. Revisions are free if requested within 3 days, unless the original scope changes.

Preferred Communication Style: I love clear, friendly communication. I’m professional but approachable, so feel free to share your needs openly on direct message. I’ll keep you updated on progress and welcome feedback to ensure you’re thrilled with the results.

Other Terms: I maintain strict confidentiality for all projects. Turnaround times depend on project size, typically 2-5 days for standard translations. Rush jobs (under 24 hours) incur a 20% fee. Cancellations after work begins may require partial payment for completed work.
