She possesses extensive skill in production operations and quality management, process validation, training, broad technical and scientific knowledge, results-based project management. Florence is knowledgeable in motivating people using inspirational leadership style and innate ability in driving continuous improvement. She is certified in Quality Managemnt & Organizational Excellence. Her extensive knowledge and training on Lean Manufacturing Systems, cGMP’s, FDA (CFR 21) regulations, International Organization for Standardization (ISO), Food Safety Modernization Act (FSMA) and Global Food Safety Initiative (GFSI) requirements proved successful in her previous role at Jamaica Producers Group's - Foods Division where she worked as the Group Quality and New Product Development Manager since 2000. Prior to that Florence worked with Dairy Industries a Grace Kennedy Company as New Product Development Manager. Florence resides in Kingston, Jamaica with her husband Roger and daughter.
