Work Terms
Over the past 8 years we have learned that in order to provide an excellent service, you have to adapt to your client's needs. Therefore, we are a bunch of flexible people when it comes to managing your projects.
Our general working ours are Monday to Friday from 10am till 6pm GMT, however we work in multiple time zones and we don't have a problem working outside these hours. We are committed to meet our client's deadlines and we understand that sometimes last minute changes are required.
In terms of payment preferences, we usually invoice 50% of the project's approved budget upfront. Once the project has been approved, the final invoice is due no later than 30 days after the approval date.
Communications? We are tech savvy, so name your preferred communication channel and rest assured that we will use that to communicate with you.
